Refund policy

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Each piece is made to order and produced in limited runs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@lostfoundwear.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. If approved, we will issue store credit or a replacement, depending on the situation and availability.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued at our discretion for approved claims. We do not guarantee refunds.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, and include all original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

Lost & Found Wear is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections, normal wear and tear, or minor variations in color, print, or finish. Each garment is individually produced. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Final

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
